Performance BREAK OF DAWN
Freestyle Phanatix are the acrobatic professors of history, that
whirls you through the history of Breakdance. From the 1970ies ”Boogie
Down Bronx, New York” till now!
The journey in time are illustrated by the dancers themselves, not
using special effects other than the capabilities of the body. The
audience is guided by a storyteller who translates the bodylanguage
into words.
30 years are boiled down to 1 performance. A movement of the body,
A movement in time and a cultural movement that has brought meaning
to young peoples lives all over the world – including the
inmates, the outskirts, the square and the straights!
